FRDP rallies in solidarity with Kashmir people
On the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal (Day of Exploitation), like entire country of Pakistan, Fast Rural Development Program (FRDP) also organized rallies in different cities, including Mithi, Tharparkar district, Tando Muhammad Khan and Hyderabad city on Thursday to express solidarity with the people of Jammun and Kashmir.
Carrying banners and placards, the participants, mostly community people, volunteers, students and staff members, were chanting slogans to condemn the brutalities of Indian army.
The banners inscribed with slogans, which read ‘stop violence against the people of Kashmir’, ‘ensure right to self-determination for Kashmir’, ‘stop bloodshed of innocent people’, ‘we support the people of Kashmir’ and let the people live independently with their own will.
The rallies took to major roads and highways to attract common people for the Kashmir cause.
Officials of Sindh government’s district departments and civil society organizations also joined the rallies to support the Kashmir people.
The participants said they wanted to convey the message to India that Kashmiris have already rejected its illegal and unconstitutional move of repealing the special status of the territory on this day in 2019.
The demonstrators assured support to Kashmir people and demanded to stop the killing of children and youth.
