Who We Are?
Fast Rural Development Program (FRDP) is a not for profit and non-governmental organization (NGO) in Pakistan, working directly with communities, state authorities, aid organizations and civil society to uplift the lives of underprivileged people in rural and semi urban areas of Pakistan, since the year 2007. Registered under the Societies Act XXI of 1860 in Sindh, Pakistan, FRDP envisions ‘Resilient and inclusive communities in Pakistan, having dignified access to adequate food, nutrition, clean water, sanitation, hygiene services and decent employment’. Through its holistic approach, FRDP ensures that communities are resilient and capable of shaping their future, contributing to the overall humanitarian aid efforts in Pakistan.

Improve access of vulnerable and climate affected people to resilient WASH facilities in rural, semi urban and slum areas to improve their health status. -

Improve the food security and nutritional status of pregnant, lactating women and children in rural and urban slum areas through data-backed decision making, community- driven, sustainable and climate smart initiatives that address both short-term and long- term needs -

Making communities resilient to climate change effects and enable them to better cope with natural and manmade disasters. -

Promote quality education with the latest handy tools and ICT in public and private schools, with a focus on serving the poorest communities and developing all- encompassing character-building and morality. -

Support Disaster Relief & Humanitarian Aid in Pakistan
Hunger remains one of the most pressing issues facing the world today, with 1 in 9 people going to bed on an empty stomach every night. But, with your support, we can work towards ensuring that no one goes hungry. Our goal is to empowering widows and provide them with the tools and resources necessary to break the cycle of poverty and reclaim their dignity. By donating today, you can make a real difference in the lives of widows around the world. There are over 153 million children are orphan worldwide who have experienced the loss of one or both of their parents. These vulnerable children face numerous challenges, including poverty, hunger, disease, and exploitation. As believers, it is our duty to support these children and provide them with a path to hope. The physically disability in community faces a constant battle with societal discrimination and limited access to essential resources like education and employment. The number of people worldwide who are disabled and in need of support is over 100 million, and many of these individuals struggle to obtain even the most basic resources like a wheelchair. A Deep Water Well is a durable and sustainable water source designed to serve approximately 7–9 households. With proper maintenance, its lifespan extends up to four years or more. The well includes a 5-foot apron for hygiene and protection, along with a 2-foot space and a 3–4-foot animal watering point, ensuring both people and livestock have easy access to clean water. This design provides a reliable and long-term solution for communities facing chronic water shortages. A Normal or Shallow Hand Pump is a practical water solution, particularly effective in Bairaji and plain areas, though less suited for desert regions. Installed with a 5×5-foot concrete apron, it serves around 3 to 6 families, depending on household size. The hand pump provides an easy and affordable way to access clean groundwater for drinking and domestic use, offering a vital source of water security for small rural communities. Global water crisis is a known reality, and it has become further exacerbated due to climate change. It is evident from intense and shifting weather conditions prompting heavy rains, floods, prolonged droughts, etc. According to Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Sindh situation reports, Monsoon floods 2024 in Sindh have caused widespread devastation across multiple sectors.
