If you are not satisfied with FRDP service for the charity, contact us within 3 days of your donation to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 3 days after your initial donation date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent donation.

All handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your bank statement within 5 days. Upon receiving your refund.

The FRDP refund policy applies only on donations directly from FRDP digital account. If you donate through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that organization.
