Skills Development & Capacity Building
We provide vocational training, career support, internships, and leadership development to strengthen skills that lead to employment and entrepreneurship.

Economic Empowerment Initiatives
FRDP connects women-led households and home-based workers with markets, helping them earn sustainable incomes and support their families.

Rights Awareness & Advocacy
We actively participate in campaigns — such as awareness against violence toward women and ending child marriage — to promote human rights and gender equality.

Through collaboration with universities, private sector partners, and civil society, we expand opportunities for youth engagement, volunteering, and community leadership.
